McBride Registration Information for Families

Under the current circumstances that we are facing as a community and school, any registration inquiries should be directed to the McBride Office email. This includes all Kindergarten registrations for the 2020/21 school year as well as any current 2019/20 registrations. Please include your name, contact information and any relevant information we will need and you will be contacted as soon as possible on how to proceed.
Kindergarten Registration 2020-2021
Children who were born in 2015 are eligible to begin school in September 2020.
Kindergarten registration for the 2020-2021 school year begins on Monday, January 13, 2019 at your catchment elementary school.
Registrations are accepted 9:30am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday. If you are unable to register during these times, please contact the school at 604.517.6090 to make an appointment.
Times of day that are typically smoother for registration at McBride:
10:00-11:30am Tuesday to Friday
2:00-2:30pm Monday to Friday
Information regarding the school registration process, along with a downloadable registration form and a checklist of required documentation (please bring original copies of ALL required documents when registering), is available through the New Westminster School District website at: http://newwestschools.ca (Registration)
Students will be accommodated at their catchment school provided they have registered by 2:30pm on Friday, March 13, 2020. Registrations after March 13, 2020 will be accommodated at the student’s catchment school as space allows. Applications for new students are date-and-time stamped.
